Yeah Ive done a battery pull and also deleted the accounts and put them back on. I will try the service books to see if that works.

I tried to register on ATTs BIS site and got this error:

Your account is not accessible via HTML browser. Please use your device to access BlackBerry Internet Service.

Is there any other way to resend the service books?

Might sound weird but are you sure your trying to log in to the BIS site with the email address the service thinks it is? I had issues logging on to the BIS site and found the email address I was using was wrong. I inadvertently registered the address wrong. Try sending an email to someone you know and verify the email address is what you think. I know , sounds impossible but maybe. Something must have changed.

From the Home screen, click Setup > Email Settings.
In the Email Accounts screen, display the menu and click Service Books.
Click Send Service Books.

The location of email settings may be different on some versions.
