I recently dropped my BB Curve 8330 in the pool and got a new one. Before this I could receive pictures and be able to view them. Now, since I got my new phone, I get a 9000 saying who it's from (the phone number) and then gives me a link to follow to view the picture. How do I fix this and be able to view the picture in the MMS?

That is a Sprint issue, not the BB. Not sure how you were able to see it with the first one. This is the way Sprint pushes there MMS from my understanding, though I could be wrong.

Sprint has two BB 8330 phones. 8330 or 8330e which serves up a link for MMS, and 8330m which has embedded MMS pics. Check your Options>> About screen to see if you have an 8330 or 8330m.

Yes, it sounds like hightack has the answer. The 8330m got mms messages, everything else got that silly link to Sprint's mms site.

The solution is to get a newer BlackBerry as the later models handled mms properly. There is no fix for mms on the plain 8330.
