Did some quick searches and didn't see anything directly relevant, feel free to point me in the right direction if I'm wrong
This is "BB Professional Software", BB Manager says version 4.1.4.17. There are 18 active users on it.
I recently moved a user from one database to another, within the same Exchange 2007 server. This is the only Exchange server they have. After doing this, she stopped receiving e-mails. Tried deleting her from the system, re-added, tried to activate... nothing. Bounced BB services, reset activation password, then I saw her pop up with the correct PIN, and it said messages were being forwarded. It Policy said "Received" but not "Applied."
I moved her back to the original database, and bounced BB services again. Nothing. Deleted her from BB server, re-added. Now she still can't activate (and I don't see her connected to the server). We checked with the carrier (Verizon) who insists that her data plan never changed, and she still has BB services. I tried activating with my own BB 9700 (T-Mobile), which works fine, and I was unable to activate with that one either.
Any ideas?
