Sup Guys

This is a replacement phone I got about a month ago and just recently ( last night) The buttons have been freaking out on me . When ever I'm doing something on the phone whether it is the internet or any type of media and I press the menu button ( The one with the B.B symbol) it brings me to the dial pad. And when ever I press the back button , It brings me to my home screen .

What the heck is Going on ?

What OS? I remember that my backup 9530 did this on a specific OS, and my wife's 9550 also.
