Hi, folks. Doc here. I just realized that I failed to introduce myself, before asking for assistance yesterday. I'm a semi-retired old phart, living in Mexico, and just bought my first BB a couple of days ago. It's an old (like new) 7520, but the price was right.

The quality of assistance I got yesterday blew me away. Ya'll have a great forum here, and I'm glad I found my way in, 'cause I've got a lot to learn about the BlackBerry.

Doc, I was following your other thread and I must say, I was quite impressed. You didn't seem to have a problem understanding the technology at all for a BB newcomer.. I'm sure you will do far better than some of the others that ramble across these forums.

Welcome Doc! we are pleased to have you with us. I was following your thread too, and like you, am partial to the older, clunkier, near obsolete Blackberries. An old phart myself, I admit that I find it easier to type on these older devices.
