Default Advice on BES upgrade

Please Login to Remove!

We running BES 4.1.6.10 (Service Pack 6), and will be upgrading to Service Pack 7.

What I need to know: Is there any update that gets pushed out to the clients (Blackberry devices) as part of this upgrade? Just need to plan for what happens if the upgrade fails.

Thanks in advance

Backup the DB and be prepared to reinstall BES again. :o) You might think about going to BES 5.0 if your update to 4.1.6 SP7 fails.

Hint RIM is giving it away for free. :o)

No there are no client upgrades.

RIM provides a changelog for each release. It's a Must Read if you are upgrading.
