Hello,

Whenever I go to the internet, it will pull up site, but I can't click on any links to go to another page.

It just started happening today

I bought the for on 3/29/10, so it's brand new

Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Pull the battery for 30 seconds and put it back in again. When it restarts try it again.

When viewing the website, did you click to zoom in? Sometime in order to access the links you have to zoom in more than once.....

What OS version is on the device? Look in Options >About. Third line down and begins with v...
