We have a security timeout set to 15 minutes. We have a user whose blackberry will lock the screen while he is in the middle of a phone call and cut off the call. *Any idea why it would do this?

Does the blackberry not detect that the phone is active? It seems odd that it is able to cut off an active phone call just because of the lock policy.
