Hello. When I receive picture messages with sound I can't open the sound. When I open up the picture I always see a mute sign. So I can't hear what the sound is. Please help Thank you
When you go into the message, hit the menu key and scroll down. There might be an option having to do with mute/play sounds. I remember i used to have that sort of problem and having to un-mute the message
