Yes, there's an issue documented. For some reason, AT&T seems to be whacking the "Internet Browser" on 5.0. There's a
fix that works, but it's a PITA to have to run every three days, which is how long it seems to take for the service book to be reset.
I've been poking around. I tried getting a "good" service book backup that would be for my own personal use, but the one I made while things were still good didn't seem to be able to replace the linked one.
<soapbox>I wish AT&T would worry more about network reliability, stability, and availability, and less about pushing crapware shortcuts, limiting my device's functionality, and pushing down empty service books to hide readily available software (BB Maps) in favor of more expensive things that AT&T gets a cut of.</soapbox>
