Hello, I'm new to this forum. I had 2 email accounts on my BIS BB Storm 9530, one a web based email and the second a @vzw.blackberry.net one. Today I wanted to add another one and things messed up. The original setup screen where I was able to see my 2 accounts was replaced by one who urges me to input a name and password to login, but I never did it with my previous vzw.blackberry.net account. Now I cannot use my previous BB account, it keep saying that this account is in INVALID mode. Any suggestions please?

call verizon, ask them to reset the username and password.
then you'll be able to create them again, and use BIS.

Okay, finally I managed to go to the main email screen showing both the web email and the vzw one. But on the BB one there's a red writing saying INVALID email. So I tried to validate it writing the password I remembered but it says no and asks me for my mom's maiden name. I provided it but it says invalid answer or simply : the application encountered an error and needs to terminate. How can I skip this hidden question or forgotten password?
