My question is :

I have a user that came from a sister company (not the same domain) I took all his contacts and exported them to a .pst file. I then imported them into his new mailbox (into his contacts) in our domain. Ok so after everything replicates I look at his contacts on his BB not all contacts are there.

He has a few DL that are not synced up????

Also a lot of the contacts don’t have the email address populated? I can see in outlook that in the email address field there is information there. Email address and phone numbers and everything.

On the BB there is no email address and phone numbers are not formatted right??

The contacts were exported from Outlook 2K3
into Outlook 2K7.

I am running Exchange2K7 and BES 5.0 MR2

Any and all help is greatly appreciated !!!!

Hello from germany,

to resolve this do the folowing.

Go into Blackberry Adressbook --> Options --> type "rset" and re-load your Adressbook.

Ok this is what I got from RIM.....

There are 2 articles that some what touch on this. RIM said that you CANNOT sync a DL that you have created in your outlook. The BB will lookup any DL that is in your GAL. They said the 5.0 code will do this, but nothing before will.
