Hi.

First time 1 week owner of a Blackberry.

First thing to look at: Open your browser and then menu, then options. Enable everything in browser configuration, and enable javascript location support in general properties. Save. Try again. If still no go, play with the emulation setting in browser configuration.

If you can't get it to work, then it would seem the blackberry browser cannot resolve the page. At that point you could try a third-party browser such as opera mini. Others may have a better idea.

Maybe you could provide the name of the website in question. That could aid others in seeing what the issue is.

Hi kalta,

It's probably not a good idea to by default allow javascript for all sites. By default I would leave "enable javascript" unchecked and "prompt to enable javascript" checked. You can check these settings by going to Menu > Options > Browser Configurations while the browser is open.

The better option is to create a bookmark of this website you go to and within the bookmark creation, select "Allow javascript". You can create a bookmark though the menu or by pressing the "A" key.

If javascript enabled still doesn't display the page properly, see if changing the browser identification from BlackBerry to Firefox helps. This can also be done through Browser Configuration while on the website. Then just press the "R" key to refresh the page.
