Default HTML Email

Hello,

New to the forum. I have a new tour, I have my enterprise activation set up through my company for mail etc. My question is how can I send emails that aren't plain text? My provider is telus and as far as I can tell I do not have the most recent "Internet Service" software as I do not have the "Enable HTML" in my email settings.

So, can the Tour send emails that aren't plain text? and how do I update my internet service to the current version?

Thanks,

how does one "Turn Off HTML" to read email on a 8820 blackberry ?

we get email from Lotus Notes via enterprise email to blackberry and just this past week my plain text somehow changed to HTML for every message. have searched high and low for an option to turn off HTML on the device.
