My wife's BB flip on Rogers sometime gets a blank screen when opening the flip, this is happening more often then not now.
any ideas what the problem can be , defective?
She got the phone a couple of months ago and it's pretty much in a default state.
I think I pinpointed the issue and it's related to the hinge of the flip being loose or the contact not being made properly. When I move the flip the screen comes on and off.
I guess it's a common prob with flip phones but especially this BB.
I have to return under to exchange :(
That's not RIM's decision, that's Robbers, uh, Rogers decision.
I'd call back and ask for another rep, or for the reps manager. I've had BlackBerrys replaced under warranty from Rogers and did NOT have to deal with a loaner device.
