Got my new Verizon Tour today. I am a 10 year Palm veteran, so this is my first Blackberry Device. So far I like it alot...I'm still playing around.

My only complaint so far is the contacts...when I went to get them flashed at Verizon, not all of the contact information came over. All the names are there but some are missing addresses and/or emails and birthdays.

I did sync everything to Outlook last night (haven't tried that sync yet with the BB today sicne it's at home), so hopefully that fixes it.

Other than that I am pretty happy so far. Anyone have any fun tips or apps that they really like?

I, too, have been a Palm user since the first one came out in 1995. Switched to a Blackberry Bold (only device my company will support) six months ago. Hated the lack of a touchscreen initially, but have now gotten used to it.

Still love my old Palm, but have to say the RIM OS is rock solid; never a reboot.
