Hi all,

I have activated a BlackBerry Bold for a user and after succcessful activation, even though the Calendar items are shown as "Completed" during the activation, no meeting appointments are synchronized to the device. How can I troubleshoot this issue? Thanks in advance for any advices.

Ok, I've research and found that be it that th BES is using OAPI or SOAP, the calendar items should be synchronized immediately after an activation. However, I'm stuck at what I should be looking at to start my troubleshooting. Where on the BES management console should I be looking at? Or is it something on the Groupwise that I should be examining?
