QQ - After activated a device, the calendar items are not synchronized

Hi all,
I have activated a BlackBerry Bold for a user and after succcessful activation, even though the Calendar items are shown as "Completed" during the activation, no meeting appointments are synchronized to the device. How can I troubleshoot this issue? Thanks in advance for any advices.
