Hi everyones, we got a special problems , we got a users who got differences between his groupwise and his Blackberry, on his account , in his adress book, if he choose a phone number a his preferd number it will show in Office on his black, and after you check on his adress book he got that phone number under the Tab phone number...if he make a change on his black ( this user mostly never user his groupwise ) the change in office may not appears in the office tab on the groupwise because the office tab is link to the prefered one...

Does someone got this problems before?

I'm guessing that's the intent behind it, but I hardly ever keep more than one number per contact on my Blackberry, and none of my users have complained about anything like this. I'm not even sure where you set a contacts preferred phone number even.

Hi , the problems with this customers, is they using like 2 or 3 numbers like cell , office , home, and if for a reason he choose cell as Prefered in Groupwise, on his black this number will be in Phone number fields, if the user make a change on his black ( like a new cell phone number ) it will be on anohter field on the groupwise account. So I/m not sure how to proceed with this.
