Hi,
I'm using a 7290 on T-Mobile on a BES and BIS. I've been using the wireless calendar sync along with email without a problem. On Wednesday the BES was updated to v4.0 and it set my address book, memo and tasks to sync wireless. However, I can't seem to get this to work. I added one of each on the bb, and also added a different task, contact and memo in the Exchange Outlook. Neither the BB was updated with the Outlook items, nor was Outlook updated with the BB items.

Email and calendar seem to be working fine. Searched the net and rim site without luck. Any ideas? TIA.

Do another Enterprise Activation and make sure you're running OS 4 on the BB. I had the same deal.

Go into Options > Service Book and look for a Desktop [SYNC] service book. If it's not there, connect the BlackBerry to your desktop PC and it should show up.

If it is there, go into Calendar > Options and make sure wireless is turned ON (or is it Yes?)

If you have updated your BB OS and have the service books loaded (as noted in earlier posts), then you need to make sure that "Wireless Reconciliation" is set to "YES" in Calendar, Address Book, Memo Pad, and Tasks, individually. Each should have the same setting in Options, but you need to make sure that each is set to YES. Also, if you have been syncing Address Book, Memo Pad and Tasks via Desktop Manager up to now, you should disable those sync features in Desktop Manager or it may cause you problems.
