I have a user who wants to setup his Blackberry where when he delete an email from his Lotus Notes Inbox, it doesn't delete the email from his Blackberry. I don't think this is possible but I wanted to see if anything has any thoughts about this. The BB is on a BES.

Messages > Options > Email Reconciliation > Wireless Reconcile = Off.

This will do what you're asking. However, read messages will not show as read on the device either. Also, anything you do on the device will not reflect on Notes.

If you mean changing Delete On to Prompt, that will not do what the OP is asking. The OP is referring to deleting the item from the mail client but leaving it on the device.

If the OP wanted to delete from the device and leave it on the mail client, then this would work.
