Default Calendar items being deleted!

Please Login to Remove!

Hi, I use a BlackBerry and periodically sync my BB to my desktop. My problem is, after a certain date, say like maybe a month or so-(that's Maybe). I would lose all my calendar items that I have in the past. I just recently found them in my "Deleted Items" folder in the mail tab. I did have auto archive on, and just turned it off..I'm hoping that this is the issue..
Anyone else have this problem or have the fix?

Thanks in advance!

Wirelessly posted (Its All About the U!)

May NOT be related to desktop. Look at calendar options and look at the option as to how long you may leave calendar entries on your device.

Actually, it does have something to do with Desktop..I have my settings correct on phone...the are set to "Keep forever"...I was also on with RIM Tech Support, they as well said I have everything correct and don't know why this is happening...but thanks for responding....This is actually happening to both my BB devices....one is using Office 2003 and the other is using 2007

I am having the same problem. My blackberry bold is set to keep items forever. But it wants to delete all of my old calendar events that are more than a week old. I have even gone as far as delete all calendar events on my bold and then do a one way synce from outlook to bold. It seems to work fine for a couple of days and then revert back to wanting to delete all of my old events. Any help would be appreciated.

Wirelessly posted (Tmo's cheapest BB customer)

Also check on your device end (not sure what OS you're running) under the Calendar's option settings. I think there's also something there to the effect of how long calendar entries are kept (few weeks, forever).

Any chance you're getting low on memory?
