Default Intl MMS Question

Please Login to Remove!

I can send MMS messages to friends/relatives overseas (Sweden/UK) and they can view them, etc. However, when they respond back with an MMS or send a new one, I receive nothing, not even an error message.

I'm on an unlocked Bold on the AT&T network running 266. I also have an international data plan.

Anyone have any thoughts? I've searched the forums and called AT&T. They told me to pull the battery ().

Thanks.

That is a problem with their provider, not yours.

your subscription to the int'l data plan is irrelavant to the MMS issue at hand, unless you're travelling with your BB outside the US. In fact, it's costing you unnecessarily if you don't travel extensivley overseas.

Is your MMS reception issue isolated to those coming from said overseas friends/relatives? . . . are you able to receive MMS at all from people in the US?

Other than doing a battery pull, you could try resending your Service Books from BIS then check your MMS settings under OPTIONS to make sure that your have Multimedia Reception and Automatic Retrieval set to ALWAYS.
