We are migrating users to Exchange 2003. We are running BES 4.0.2.3. Everything went ok except for a couple of users who now show the above status in the Blackberry Manager. I did the fix of putting their email address into the email field and checking the "Override Address" box. They now show "Running". We don't use the Desktop software for our users.

Does anyone now why this happens? Just curious.
