Can someone extend the below check list for checking BES server settings relating to unread marks (4.1.5 sitting on Domino). I am missing something and I do not know what:

1) Check Lotus Notes BES server is in users mailfile acl as manager
2) Check that policies allow wireless synchronisation
3) Check that service books and policies have been sent and received by user.
4) Check for corruption in state routing databases
5) Global PIM synch for Message Settings - synchronisation enabled, bidirectional and Server wins

Are there any caching settings that may interfere with the synchronisaton process?

Check unread marks are set to replicate across all servers.

Not sure how critical this is, but it's one more to check.

2 areas to check:-

(1) Order of username in Person doc
- hierachical name should be first on the list as BES picks the first one

(2) Understand how unread marks table are maintained using the Notes hierachical name
