Otterbox 8350i echo?

Anyone having this problem? I love the case but my callers are hearing their selves echo i take the case off its fine.....i just contacted customer support

Does anyone get told when using the Otterbox that they you sound muffled when you're talking? I have the otterbox but people complain that it sounds like I'm muffled when I'm talking to them.
