Hello All
I have a peculiar problem with my Curve 8320. I suddenly stopped receiving mails from my corporate account (which is a small business account configured on Yahoo) around 2 days back.
I have since then tried sending service books, deleting and restoring the email account and also doing a wipe and hard reset on my device.
However, only my Gmail seems to be working after that. That too, all mails are reaching their destinations but I do not get a bcc copy on my BB. And of course, it is not receiving new mails. Once or twice, it picked up a single mail here and there.
Could there be a software issue on my BB? Is there any new OS that I need to instal? It is currently on 4.2.2.180 (Platform 2.5.0.36). I use an unlocked T-Mobile device.
I had dropped my BB around 3 months back after which the sound function seems to be malfunctioning. So, I cannot hear ring tones and put my BB in speaker phone mode. Could there be an issue because of that? I also sweat a lot while taking a long call on my BB due to which some of the sweat needs to be wiped from the device face. Is that likely to be an issue?
Please share your thoughts. Any assistance will be appreciated.
