Has anyone ever had an issue with blackberry messenger where you can receive messages but you can't send them? It shows as delivered but it never gets to the other user.

I've had this issue on two different blackberrys- 8130 Pearl and 9530 Storm. At some point or another it's worked on both devices but it's not working on my Storm now. I've done a battery pull and resent my service books but that didn't seem to help. Also, I'm on BES for work and I get personal emails also.
