The Number and CAPS Lock, unlocks whenever a dialogbox pops up. It used to be persistance in version 4.2 prior to the upgrade to 4.5.x. Is this a bug? Can it be fixed?

Hmm... I am not sure whether or not it is a bug. I doubt there is any setting to make the Number/CAPS lock persistent.

The predictive switching off of the NUM/CAP lock is actually a nice feature in 4.5 OS. I have now come to understand and like it. I wish there was a list of all new features to accompany all latest OS posts. That way we can take advantage of the new features and improve our productivity.
