I dont have the link right now, but you can use the G1 Droid theme and put your calendar on the front links. Then just highlight your calendar and it will show up on the front page just like a Today theme.

lonewolfman,

If you buy the Droid theme from Elecite, make sure you also download the theme in a zipfile before you log out of the vendor site (mobihand). On your receipt page there is an active link titled "download". Click it and download the zipfile for your theme.

I was unable to get the OTA download to work and had to upload the theme to my phone via the app loader.

cscotty,

how do you like the Droid theme overall. I posted my iBerry theme assessment under another thread. It works but am not all that impressed with my theme. Can you access your third party messenger programs from your theme? I can't from my iBerry theme.

I really like the theme. The tab loads a little slowly but other than that its pretty great! My wife saw the call screen when someone is calling in and absolutely fell in love with it. I hope a 83XX version comes out so that she can use it.

I am missing the meaning of "tab loading slow". What are you referring to there?

Are you able to access your third party messenger apps?

"tab loading slow" = on the droid theme, there is a tab at the bottom, that when tapped, it will rise up and display 8 ro 12 icons that you can choose. When I tap the tab, its movement isnt smooth but a little choppy.

I can access all my 3rd party apps from this theme in both landscape and portrait views.

Hope this helps.

cscotty,

you mentioned your wife being with the incoming call display. What is so impressive about it? I am curious.

Additionally, I found my third party apps stored under the download icon and I am able to access them.

Sorry, I'm fairly new to all this: how do I "put the calendar on the front links, then just highlight my calendar"?
