Were you drinking alcohol at the time?

Are you pregnant, nursing, or planning to become pregnant?

Did you speak to your doctor before upgrading?

So you did it through the BB Manager? If so, I wanna say it backs up files for you, but not sure about the media files. Some one else might know for sure. Otherwise, because I lost stuff from experience, make a back up of your BB device ever couple weeks.
