Hello alll

i dont have a lot of bb experance so please explain in the easiest way.

the most i i have done is sync my old unit. I now have a storm and have now idea how to load it with music and movies

1. I am having problems loading my contacts after loading the update for pocket mac (skiping)

2. movies are riped from lime wire.. music are rip and most are mine from disc.

i have no idea how to load them... should i not see an icon like my ipod or any other accessories that i attach?

Please help

i would love to get the most out of this product...

sorry but where do i find this mass media to enable it th bb storm does not even show as an icon.....

Music is MP3 file and movies are MPeg4

oh i see now i was looking on my mac .... ok this is great

can i load my contacts this way to if so how?

No you need to use pocket sync or missing sync. I prefer missing sync pocket sync was never reliable

If you use Entourage with your Mac, Pocketmac worked great for me (contacts and calendar).
You can always boot your Mac via Windows and use the Blackberry Desktop Manager in a pinch. I had done it several times and it worked fine (for OS upgrade and loading new applications).

I got it all done pocket mac needs the storm to have MTP off...
