Awhile ago user called me up to tell me they're not receiving emails to their handheld, a quick check to the services showed that the Blackberry Controller service was stopped.

So I started it and it started normally.

checking the logs I saw several instances of this WARNING:

I saw the other thread discussing this but it was pertaining to changing the service account- but I did not do anything like that lately.

I checked the CTRL logs and this is what I see:

thanks, but it's weird in the KB its says

To resolve this issue, check the Windows Event Viewer Application log for the error code that the BlackBerry Messaging Agent generates, and see the applicable knowledge base articles for more information.

* For error code 5305, see KB01018
* For error code 5302, see KB00075

But I neither have those errors, but anyway, I will still check...thanks!
