It looks like a roll of 126 cartridge film (remember those). Two circles with a line connecting them on the bottom.

Checked folders; have rebooted and it stays there. Not annoying other than I don't know what it is and how to get rid of it.

It would usually be a voicemail on other phones, I assume its the same on the bold.

You're right, I didn't realize I needed to delete or save a voice message, just couldn't leave it after I had listened to it. Thanks!
