Blackberry 7130e zen theme??

Hey guys, okay so i recently got a 7130e off my cousin and it had the zen theme when i got it, now that ive hooked it up to my computer and did a update, its gone back to the origional "BB insight-icon" theme which sucks. And the zen theme isnt in the theme list, id love to get it back. And for some reason i have all my apps except for the browser? The carrior for the phone is telus. Any suggestions?
