My 8800 Blackberry has stopped working. I have no idea why. What are some steps I can take to try and fix it? Before taking it to rogers where they will do nothing for me.

Also if you could define "stopped working" as in, No email, No web, won't turn on etc.

Yes i have pulled the battery out, and the water sticker is red, but it was when i got it so i know its not that. "Not working" is that it wont turn on at all. Nothing. Not LED light, nothing.

Not too sure what you mean by "water sticker" but if it isn't turning on at all I would bring it back to the carrier and see if you can get it swapped out.
