So my LED is always on... lights up red. Checked profile settings, alerts... also checked all the apps on the phone for anything new. Dunno what else to do. Only way I can get it off is with a reboot but then it lights up again when I get an alert and never comes off.
Any help?

Do you have Color Pearl installed with OS 4.5?

or blackberry alerts? try an OS update
