During a phone call, you can click and enter "NOTES" mode. I have used this to take down information during the call. My question is, once you exit the call, how I can I view the notes? Where is it stored???

Go back into the phone application, where there should be a list of the calls. Scroll and click on the call. The notes should be within the call details.

I have used it once or twice, but i am still used to the old paper and pen. It works well if you have a headset. I think that is what was the aim for that app.

With the call. Delete the log entry and the notes go with it.

If you don't want the notes specifically linked to the call, use the Alt-Esc feature during the call to flick to Home, then open the MemoPad and create a new one.

I prefer to use MemoPad or or I will go back to address book and put notes into that person's name
