I have just recently purchased a 7250. I have installed the desktop software on my pc and went through everything (config pim) etc but my outlook still will not sync with the bb. It worked fine a couple times and now when I add an entry in outlook and sync it does not transfer. No error messages show, nothing. I was told to disable my firewall is this correct? I have spent hours on the phone with support and all they do is walk me through config pim and say your all set. PLEASE HELP this is damn frustrating.
