For those of you that got the free Bold at the launch party, what exactly did you get? The device only or a package with a charger, case, CD-ROM w/desktop software?

I wasn't there, but it was the entire package, just as you would get from a purchase--without the cost. All you listed, plus the holster, USB cable, earphone, etc.
