i went to the sprint store today to look at upgrading from the 8830 to the curve. the guy at the store said that i should probably wait until around june and upgrade then. he couldnt go into details about what exactly he meant but he told me to google "new blackberry phones". all i could find was the Bold and Storm... neither of which are on the Sprint network. is there something i missed or is he referring to a totally different "new" blackberry?? thanks for your help!!
The Storm, Blackberry's first touch screen phone, is set to debut next month on Verizon. Sprint will probably get it 6 months after that. I believe there is also a Curve model coming out for Sprint/Nextel that will run on the iDen network, but I don't think it's out yet. The Bold will not come to Sprint or Verizon anytime soon, so that's probably not what he was referring to.

The Bold will be coming out on AT&T. The Storm will be coming out on Verizon.
i understand that... my question was if anyone knows which, if either phone will be available for Sprint after the initial release date. the curve did not come out for sprint right away...
