Attempting to do my first OS upgrade. Followed the directions exactly. However, what should be showing up on the BB Screen? Currently I have a picture of a handheld, two arrows and a computer showing on a white screen...no movement or hourglass what-so-ever. Is it in the process of upgrading or locked up? Been in this mode for about 30 minutes... Any suggestions?

Got 'er done! No problems thus far, seems to be very stable, although I noticed Voice Dialing is back and I'll have to remove it again.
