Hi guys I'm Cee, and I'm wondering do I pay extra for using my internet browser through wifi? Btw I'm with a tmobile plan and I have the unlimited web and email plan. I don't have the Tmobile @home plan.

No, no extra charge. And for voice you are simply using your plan minutes.

Also welcome to the forums.

Thank you! I have one more question, let's say I called someone from my fave5s and I was using the connection UMA. Will I get charged for using uma?

I am a new T-Mobile user myself and it is my understanding that you will not get charged.

RCA is correct. You won't be charged because that person is in your Fav5 group. That group gets unlimited calling no matter how you are connected.
