Default Can a Bold owner answer these questions?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi everyone,

I was just wondering if a bold owner can please answer these questions! thanks

1) if you can please go to finance.google.com and go to any stock, will the stock price update in the blackberry browser as it does on the PC with ajax? of course u will have to try during regular trading hours

2) Does the bold have T9 along with its qwerty?

3) Are there significant changes compared with 4.6 and 4.5 on my pearl?

thx

T9 is good just like the pearl, you type a couple letters then the word appears and you press enter and the word is inputted, with a qwerty that would be even faster and more useful (I think the Moto Q9 has it).

That's not T9. That's just called "predictive text" and is included in "SureType" on OS 4.3 and higher. There is a big difference. T9 is predictive texting on a standard keypad and the letters are arranged like on a standard phone "ABC" "DEF" etc.

I had predictive text on my Palm a few years back. I don't know why they never added it to BB. I don't miss it though.

1. You can't tell that until tomorrow. I'll check.

2. Answered above.

3. It depends on what you mean by "significant". Don't forget that it's not just new software. It has different upgraded hardware and features.

Doesn't seem like it does, at least for me; I do have javascript enabled.
