Exclamation Cant browse internet on my 8100. Help! ASAP!!

Please Login to Remove!

So I just got an 8100 from ebay. I turn on the phone and I saw the Browse Icon and the Medianet Icon, but when I turn it off and put my sim card in those icons are gone so I cant go on the internet because the icons have dissapeared..Help Please!!

Yes. The previous person probably had the data plan. That's why the icons were still on there.

ok I have one more question. How can I turn down the volume of the key tones so when im dialing a number it doesnt make a sound? I have looked everywhere but cannot figure it out!

Um, no, you can't turn off the keytones when dialing.
