Hi, I'm about to migrate from a Pearl to a Curve. I know the question of how to transfer all my contacts and txts, etc has been asked before. I know I'm supposed to go to "Switch device wizzard". The problem is right now I only have the pearl, and I have to give it away tomorrow CLEAN, and I won't have the curve till monday to do the migration. Desktop software asks me to have both phones right here to do it.... It won't let me save the info on the pc and then when I have the curve complete the process. If I just do a regular BACKUP to my pc, and then when I get the CURVE will I be able to restore that to it? Or it won't let me because the different pins? Any other way to trasnfer everything on my particular situation?

Follow the directions in that post, then just restore the backup when you get your new handset.
