Ok, I've install BES and thought I was good to go. However when I run the BlackBerry Manager I get an error:

MS Outlook... The name could not be matched to a name in the address list.

Then it brings up a box asking for the Exchange Server and Mailbox.

Both entries are correct.

I've created the AD user and Exchange Mail box and followed the instructions for give the user the appropriate permission. I can open the users exchange mail box on another machine using Outlook.

Ideas?

I figured it out.

I had the user hidden from the list. Removed that flag and it works.

Anyone know if I have to leave it this way or can I set it back to hidden once I've got it configured?

I would recommend against hiding it again, but as long as you do not remove the BlackBerrManager profile from the registry, then you should still be able to open the Manager without issues despite the besadmin account being hidden.

It may cause issues for you though whenever you need to reboot the BES. Services may have issues starting up correctly.
