Default Remote Administering your home PC or Work servers

Please Login to Remove!

Anybody ever use logmein's remote on your Blackberry? Just wondering if this can be done and if so, how was it on your 8830? It takes them forever to answer the phone so I thought I'd ask here first.

If this is possible, then it would be sweet. I can remote into my home PC and surf whenever I feel the need. That way, I don't have to worry about my company's Big Bro aura.

I use RDM+. It works great for remote access to PCs from the BB.

Im not sure if this would be functional. outside of being able to execute scripts and other simple things.
I use LogMeIn from work to my home computer, but I dont think I would want to surf my home computer remotely from my blackberry. I just dont think that would be truely functional.

I've used RDM+ and it works ok. I switched over to Rove's Mobile Desktop product. It works pretty well and behind BES, I get to remote into servers behind the company firewall without having to mess with VPN and all that stuff. Depends on your preferred remote connection software. I think Mobile Desktop works with Windows Remote Desktop Connection and VNC while RDM+ needs some sort of desktop host/Blackberry client combination. Shapeservices also has TSMobiles which works with Windows Remote Desktop Connection (Terminal Services). HTH.
