Increase Volume of .mid ringtones.....?

I have a bunch of ringtones in the .midi format. I am having trouble finding a program that will allow me to adjust the gain/raise the volume.
I know Audacity and MP#Gain work for .wav and .mp3 files, respectively.
But...i am trying to increase the volume of some midi files.
Anyone have any ideas?
