There is also a thread around here somewhere with instructions for completely uninstalling Desktop Manager....I don't think just removing it via Add/Remove programs will do the trick (cleanly). Let me see if I can find it.

Yes, happening when I try to sync. Found the log. Only thing it said was: Internal Error #4238.

Not very helpful. I'm going to try the complete removal and reinstall and see if that helps.
