Anyone know a way of password protecting video files on my Curve?

nope, not possible to do, other than a general device password.

Seriously, porn vids on the Curve can't be hidden with the native video player. You might be able to do it with the Dollar5 video player, not sure. You can hide the video player itself, however.....but not password protect it.
